Moldova 2007 -- On Saturday, we went to the village of Olanesti to play in a soccer tournament. Yes, play. The girls played against the 9-12 year old boys. We lost, but not too badly. After the game, the village kids wanted us to sign autographs! I'm in the grey ball cap signing my name and the phrase “Te iubesc, Moldova” which means “I love you, Moldova.” It's probably the only time in my life someone will watch me play sports and still want my autograph!
