		<description>Not to be repetitive, but ... wow.  That&#039;s amazing.  
Everything looks beautiful, and I bet it all tastes great.  I haven&#039;t canned anything, but I remember my dad making crab apple jelly a few times while I was growing up.</description>

		<description>Wow is right!  I&#039;m so impressed.  I&#039;ve never done any canning before.  Chris has some memories of his mom doing it when he was growing up though.  
My big culinary accomplishment this month?  For once, the writing on Chris&#039; birthday cake didn&#039;t look like it was produced by a 5-year-old.  I think I finally used the right frosting tip :)</description>
