The sculpture is completed and there is a link with both audio and video footage on the Findlay newspaper website. I'll take some still photos tomorrow as well.

Hi Amy-- What fun to see the pictures from your visit to the sand sculpture in Findlay. Ironically, Roger Powell is busy working-- again-- on another Easter sand sculpture as I type. This year he is incorporating Noah's Ark theme into his work.... rather fitting especially since Findlay has experience massive flooding this year, the worst in almost a hundred years this past summer. They have posted another flood warning starting this afternoon for the Blanchard River, so I am hoping the water doesn't prevent the sand sculpture from being completed this year. There is an interview (from the radio) and a small photo on the Findlay newspaper website. http://www.thecourier.com/ They haven't posted too many pictures of the work in progress, although I am sure with all of the rain that is hampering the progress!! I will try to snap some pictures of the sculpture this year--- it is titled "Salvation in the Sand". Enjoy your Easter in Texas.
