I love brunch! Going out and making it. That Blueberry French Toast sounds fabulous, except for the Splenda. Gotta have the real stuff. (Literally, the Splenda chemicals interact w/some of my meds. Sugar otoh? Any time. That just interacts with my fat.;)

I love Sunday brunches! I totally took them for granted before baby. Now it's hard enough just to get out the door to go to church and come home and eat a piece of toast before naptime. The mornings we do manage to make a nice brunch meal are truly appreciated now!!

Sunday brunches are the best. My favorite meal of the week. I usual make my own, but at least once a month I have brunch out on the town. Love it!

Like you, brunch was a major treat when I was younger...now we never go out to brunch! I'm too lazy to get dressed and go. But we eat well on weekends: omelets, homemade waffles and pancakes, popovers, all the good stuff.
