[...] As I’ve mentioned before, I find the act of afternoon tea to be a lovely “timeout” from the rest of life and this was no exception. Until this weekend, most of December had been filled with work – including trips to the client site in WI. But once this past week wrapped up I had passed a large milestone on the current project and could turn my attention to things Christmas-y. [...]

Awesome tea flash! I love going to tea too. If you ever come to San Francisco, you'll have to go to Lovejoy's. If I can get over there before the tea swap is over I'll post pics! Also glad to see you're an NPR fan. I have a couple of friends at WBEZ (one is a reporter)!

Oh I love tea! Kind of like yarn, I always end up buying more than I could ever drink. I guess that's what parties are for! I can see your site ok, but the side bar is kind of messed up...

Yay! So glad to see you're in the tea swap - I want tea at your house!! That PomTea sounds sooooo yummy. I'm a nut about pomegranites ever since I had pomegranite trees in my yard in Texas and hundreds of them growing on the trees. So so cool. They have beautiful flowers very similar to a crepe myrtle. Anyway, have fun with the swap!

I didn't know you live in Chicago - I'm getting to know more and more Chicago bloggers. And you have a sister in Kansas???

Yet another passion we have in common - I guess that is why I'm in some of your pictures! Babington's....certainly a highlight of our time in Rome. And the Peninsula...one of my favorite things to do in Chicago. So many shared memories!

I keep running into you everytime I join a new group. It's great! I'm also part of the tea swap. I hope to borrow my dad's camera tonight so I can post my tea stash as well as some of the gifts I knitted this weekend.

Hi Amy! Thanks for the great stash reveal! This certainly gives me some great tea ideas. Care to give me any fiber or treat hints next?

By the way, I love your assortment of mugs!
