Oh, I'd forgotten what fun Meijer can be....before moving to Colorado in 1995, we lived in Ohio for a spell. Thanks for the reminder.

Hey Amy,

Just read your most recent post. Makes me homesick!!! Only 2 1/1 months left of
our stay and we will be home again! We live in the Chicago area too and also used to live in Detroit, so that whole Lake Michigan coastline is Oh so Familiar!

I got your postcard a few days ago!. It was great! I loved the flower. I have it
propped on the chair rail next to my bed. A little fun color when I wake up every
morning! Thanks!!!

Hope all is well - do you have your next card done yet????

Ciao, Karla

What a lovely weekend! and great pictures too ;) I have some Sugar n' Cream in my stash - I am thinking dishcloths too! I can't believe I have not knit one yet.

One Skein looks so great. I haven't got my copy yet, but I hope to soon!

The yarn looks great. I'm curious about the Sugar n Creme also. It's on sale this week at HL and Michael's and I thought about getting some for dishcloths.

I love the New Buffalo area! I've never been to the Round Barn, but I've done some serious wine tasting at Tabor Hill. What's going to become of the Sugar 'n Cream? And is the iPod cozy you're making from the One Skein book?

Wow - sounds like you had a great time. The beach looks wonderful (I am looking at it so wistfully from still coldish, grey/brown Canada). A knit cafe sounds like just the ticket. Love your montage; so spring like.

A weekend like this would suit me just perfectly!
