Thanks for sharing your lovely baby blankets, I just started one in Red Heart Baby Soft lemon & lime thanks to your post. I'm using US10's and hoping the 7 oz skeins will be big enough. How many skeins of Cotton Tots do you use for one? Like you said, what a relaxing project!

Ooh I'm going to check out those books you mentioned. I need some new reading material now that the quarter is almost over - spring break reading!
The baby blankets are fantastic. Love the colors in the first one :)

I need one of those blankets - I am freezing in my office! They came out very well. I followed a similar pattern a few years ago when I made some baby blankets - nice and easy and a great result!

Can't wait to see what is in store for Project Spectrum, Amy!

I love the mid Feb KAL sample you did in the varigated. I've bought some varigated for the mid March KAL.

Love your blankets. They show off real well against that dark couch.

Good job.

I love the baby blankets! My niece is expecting a baby at the end of the summer, so I think I'll make a giant washcloth (that's my favorite pattern, too) for the wee one!

I'm eager to start Project Spectrum, too. I'm hoping that a little painting and a little collage find their way into the knitting and fiber mix.

The baby blankets are so adorable!! That's such an ingenious idea to knit larger versions of basic dishcloths! I never would have thought of that and it's so perfect for babies. I'm definitely going to be stealing that idea from you. ;-) Your dishcloth is very cute and I'm looking forward to the start of Project Spectrum, too. I'm actually hoping to get some scrapbooking done for Project Spectrum... I'm so far behind in scrapping the past 3 years that it's distressing! ;-) Take care, Amy! :-)
